At Feature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's journey.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
